Plenty of work, good money if you deploy overseas, benefits package is good, company seems stable (no layoffs), ability to transfer to other job sites.
Cons
Difficult place to work, , gay intolerance commonplace, some jobs closed to non-navy veterans, some management expectations are unrealistic, upper management not usually visible.
