Pros
Good benefits, fair compensation, interesting projects, lax deadlines, variety of different work, every other Friday off, very little negativity in the workplace.
Cons
Very little thought, effort, or resources are put into mentorship, professional development, growth, training. If you learn anything new, it's purely a byproduct of the work you're assigned to do. Don't expect any actual training or professional development opportunities. Low level supervisors/ management also have no training in management/ leadership, etc.
