      R&D focused teams at La Jolla campus are working on cool technology and are a great place to learn Corporate HQ is walking distance to the beach Generally good work/life balance

      Cons

      Support systems can be inefficient and slow, some divisions at GA have been around for a long time and have not adopted modern business tools Pay is generally lower compared to similar employers

      Managers are very supportive and foster growth while challenging you. Semi flexible schedule - can come in early or stay late to meet required hours. Decent pay, tuition reimbursement, 401k matching, Mentorship opportunities

      Cons

      Leadership tends to get ahead of themselves with potential large contracts. Begin to invest a lot of time and money prior to contracts being awarded. Could be more clear on company goals and mission. Limited salary increase when changing roles.
