      Pros

      Excellent culture, people are nice, supervisors care a lot about what work makes you happy. Cafeteria with chefs is a plus. Benefits are pretty good. Raises every year. Holiday schedule is nice especially 10+ days in a row off near christmas. They handled the pandemic well.

      Cons

      Lot of documentation and process to make code changes.

      Pros

      Managers are very supportive and foster growth while challenging you. Semi flexible schedule - can come in early or stay late to meet required hours. Decent pay, tuition reimbursement, 401k matching, Mentorship opportunities

      Cons

      Leadership tends to get ahead of themselves with potential large contracts. Begin to invest a lot of time and money prior to contracts being awarded. Could be more clear on company goals and mission. Limited salary increase when changing roles.
