      Pros

      It's a great place to work. 9/80, flexible schedule, nice buildings and work equipment.

      Cons

      Since General Atomics has grown in the recent years, moving up seems difficult. Most of the time HR is very slow with hiring and is not the most responsive, even with employees. s this how it is everhwhere?

      Good working environment Exciting projects Great coworkers (for the most part, like any place)

      Cons

      Like any maturing company, it has become more and more top-heavy, placing more and more emphasis on project management and milestones, sometimes over bread-and-butter engineering. I could have half the PMs I have now and do a better job
