      Some of the coolest technology that you get to work on and a lot of people excited about what they are working on.

      Cons

      Management (atleast is my department) focused more on “loyalty” then work metrics, caused a lot of morale issues which led to increased turnover.

      Pros

      Managers are very supportive and foster growth while challenging you. Semi flexible schedule - can come in early or stay late to meet required hours. Decent pay, tuition reimbursement, 401k matching, Mentorship opportunities

      Cons

      Leadership tends to get ahead of themselves with potential large contracts. Begin to invest a lot of time and money prior to contracts being awarded. Could be more clear on company goals and mission. Limited salary increase when changing roles.
