      Good pay on deployment. 1.7-1.8x hourly rate, 12 hours a day, 7 days a week for 3+ months at a time. Simple and easy aircraft to work on.

      Cons

      Little to no upward movement. Expect to work at home right after a deployment. Brain numbing pace to comply with military style orders and other departments.

      Good working environment Exciting projects Great coworkers (for the most part, like any place)

      Cons

      Like any maturing company, it has become more and more top-heavy, placing more and more emphasis on project management and milestones, sometimes over bread-and-butter engineering. I could have half the PMs I have now and do a better job
