OK place to work - Director General Data Employee Review

Great people and workplace environment.

I can not think of a downside.

You get a paycheck & some benefits that every other company offers & holidays off.

No room for growth unless you’re a favorite or female. Terrible management is an understatement. Owner hires family & puts own family members in high up positions that are clueless. I have a friend that worked in management that would tell me they would simply fire someone because they didn’t like them. Dirty work environment and the restrooms were absolutely disgusting we would go upfront to the “clean” ones. They hired someone to clean the bathrooms & they just painted over poo stains & the boogers on the wall, bathrooms almost always stunk like urine. Everything gets blamed on the floor & bottom employees , mangers sit at desk all day or just walk around the look busy. The owner Pete in one meeting said he would bring “baseball bats in & tear this place up” when he was upset. It’s a very toxic work environment. We had a catering event for the workers & they were still asking people to make/bring things when the owner pulls up in a Lamborghini. They will disrespectfully low ball you to see how little they can pay. You’re nothing to them just a body. I could go on & on…So many other places to work! I wouldn’t recommend under ANY circumstances.
