Pros
For the amount of crap you deal with. There are no pros. Individual contributors are the only positive to this company. You have directors and VP's who are very mentally sick.
Cons
7-330 non flexible schedule. If you are on company travel and you work outside of the 7-330 set schedule you are required to take vacation time. Pay doesn't equal the amount of crap you have to deal with. Upper management only thinks of themselves. Instead of getting rid of water coolers why don't you remove performance incentives that ONLY upper management receives.
