Pros
The work is very rewarding - providing the Navy with the ships it needs and making them right so they perform when then need to. The pay and benefits exceed what is typical for this region and allow me to have a great quality of life in a great state. Really good coworkers. I look forward to coming to work on Monday.
Cons
While many of the production facilities have been modernized, some of the support buildings are dated. I wish there was more of a chance to interact with people in different trades.
