Business Outlook
Pros
We have a tight-nit group of extraordinary mechanics who feel like family (many are!) The work done here is extremely rewarding, and brings pride to small town Maine. The Midcoast area is beautiful, and the location of the Main Yard provides close proximity to city and rural living.
Cons
Lack of communication between the management and union workers prolong tasks being accomplished. I wish everyone would work together more efficiently as one company to benefit the cause (equipping our military with defense mechanisms!)
