Raises have been replaced with potential minimum annual bonuses with no guarantee each year. There is no longer any flex time. The workforce is currently being reduced through attrition unless a department is severely understaffed. Management is very inefficient due to rampant favoritism and the "good old boy" network. Many systems are broken or outdated. It used to be a good company to work for but those days are gone.
