Pros
Flexible time off, great people to work with, and the company seems to be moving in the right direction overall. Good momentum in the way of process improvements, pulling the company out of its "we've always done it this way" mentality.
Cons
Us vs. Them union/salaried relationship. Nearly impossible to discipline employees for under performing, and they know it. Long hours and weekends frequently required, especially as a salaried employee. Uncertain future due to the nature of the industry and current contracts.
