Pros
Under government contract/support, so job security is there and also pay is a lot better considering the are and in comparison to other jobs pay.
Cons
Management from top to bottom is absolutely atrocious! Employees that have been there for 10+ - 15+ years feel entitled but yet has been sitting on the same position/title since date of hire. No room for improvement and constantly being micromanaged by the employees that have been there for 10+ years because they claim they know everything and yet they are very lazy in terms of doing the work. PLAYS HEAVILY ON FAVORITISM.
