no ownership of work poor first level supervision, especially engineering and design very easy to be forgotten about strict labor tracking(clock in and out) can be bad work/life balance if you are in shipyard (work 10 hour days and most weekends in shipyard)
Cons
job security selective responsibility good experience for career building nice, hardworking people easy to change positions within company Its a shipyard and has a shipyard mentality
