Job Security. Many different roles available in the company. 6% 401k Match Many low performance workers here, so if you try hard you will stand out. Work can be very interesting.
Cons
Very low raises ~3%, High performance vs Low performance ~1% different. Quality of your job depends largely on your supervisor/management who most often does not have your interest at heart. Management can prevent you from moving departments. Parking is terrible unless you get in at 6AM.
