Electric Boat (EB) will put you where they want you. They don't care about you, your safety, or anything else. All what they care about is getting these submarines built. If that means losing an arm to get your job done, so be it. They won't lose any sleep over it. The Union wants to keep you, therefore, there is no opportunity for growth. Management is the worst. They can't manage anything. It is a very toxic work environment. Stay away. It is not worth the physical or mental trauma, unless you are in a salary position.
