Pros
The work environment is very low key, hours are flexible. Which is great! The work isn't demanding which is also a con.
Cons
The pay is the worst. They do not compensate their employees nearly enough. The benefits are expensive and they do not cover the proper medication you may need. So it forces you to switch to a less effective medication, because who can afford over 1K for one prescription? The work isn't demanding. It's the same, day in and day out. Your brain doesn't get stimulated.
