      Management support is hard to find, verbally they are supportive but they won't put their ass on the line when they are called upon

      Great management, very professional, task oriented, responsive.

      Contract work has natural turbulence. When the company loses a bid it means people are out of a job.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
