      Working in a gov't contracting atmosphere allows for a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment when completing programs for the customer.

      Cons

      The support from management and salary could be more competitive with other contractors. The facilities need a major face lift.

      Contract work has natural turbulence. When the company loses a bid it means people are out of a job.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
