Decent pay for managers, rotating vendors in cafeteria, friendly managers

Cons

This reflects only on this particular site and division of GDIT- high turnover; employees penalized for taking vacation time; constant hiring and firing due to Medicare cycle; little job security; desperation hiring; no ability to pay call centers reps based on experience, everyone is paid the same regardless of qualifications.

Constantly shifting schedule. Downtime means you are sitting at your desk doing nothing or studying then doing nothing.
