At many of the call centers, policies and procedures are not enforced which leads a lot of the customer service reps to think that they can get away with almost anything and to a certain extent, they can. This makes it hard for csr's that actually want to work when they have to worry about whether or not they will be physically attacked by another co-worker or verbally abused by Supervisors or Managers.
