      Easy job, looks good on resume, good pay for first time job, decent benefits

      Cons

      Little to no upward mobility, upper management unhelpful, lower level employees starting making less after raises were put in place and management would not tell us why, low morale.

      Nothing really, maybe only the 401k match

      Cons

      GDIT will micromanage you like crazy if you work in IT. They have terrible benefits too, bad health insurance and bad pto policy. Worst place I have worked. They will do their most to over work you.
