Pros
Stable work environment. Allows employees a lot of autonomy. Great benefits and perks. Lot's of online resources.
Cons
Local work situation was a little odd, because we work in a government office under a contract. This did not allow for any advancement opportunities. Annual raises have been very formulaic, but consistent. Just not much room for growth. Local management often hard to reach.
