Pros

Contacted me within a week by phone when I applied for the position on LinkedIn. It was the first time I applied from their. Had a phone interview the next day and was sent a job offer the next week. Still waiting for security clearance to come back, but excited to start.

Cons

The wait for your TS-SCI security clearance to clear is the only thing holding things up while waiting to start.

Cons

Constantly shifting schedule. Downtime means you are sitting at your desk doing nothing or studying then doing nothing.
