      Compensation and benefits package are in line with market.

      The wrong people in the wrong places. A lot of logisticians in charge of diverse programs/projects of IT people. They dont know what they dont know.

      Nothing really, maybe only the 401k match

      Cons

      GDIT will micromanage you like crazy if you work in IT. They have terrible benefits too, bad health insurance and bad pto policy. Worst place I have worked. They will do their most to over work you.
