Pros

Benefits are there, ability to work from home, solid coworkers and one or two excellent managers.

Cons

Our contract was bought out from under us. They acted as if they wanted us to find a new position within the company, but all of the suggestions they made didn't match our actual qualifications. That, and they screwed me out of a bonus by placing my review one month before my anniversary with the company. Management has also been chaotic, with the expectation that you'll work under multiple managers at the same time, each with their own conflicting goals. Look elsewhere.

If you actually put the work in, you are highly likely to get a raise above 2% every year.

Cons

Constantly shifting schedule. Downtime means you are sitting at your desk doing nothing or studying then doing nothing.
