Pros

This is a great starting point for the individual who is interested in a call center and insurance industry. Decent starting salaries. This employer teaches the great foundations to develop skills that the individual can take anywhere throughout their career. Health benefits work very well.

Cons

At the moment, I have learned the most from my job and seeking to expand my knowledge and experience. The company in general hasn't shown much interest in the individual. It seems the focus is more on meeting contractual obligations and making sure that no one does anything to compromise the gov't contract.

If you actually put the work in, you are highly likely to get a raise above 2% every year.

Cons

Constantly shifting schedule. Downtime means you are sitting at your desk doing nothing or studying then doing nothing.
