Pros

The pay is decent, and the benefits are pretty well-priced.

Cons

Management restricts what supervisors can do with their teams. Want a pizza party for a job well done? Well, you'll have to convince 2 or 3 levels of management. Need to send an employee home because of dress code/policy issues? Too bad. Tons of reports due *now*, and you still have to coach the CSRs and listen to calls...but they look at you funny when you're pulling 60 hour weeks.

If you actually put the work in, you are highly likely to get a raise above 2% every year.

Cons

Constantly shifting schedule. Downtime means you are sitting at your desk doing nothing or studying then doing nothing.
