Not competitive with other industry leaders - Procurement Analyst General Dynamics Information Technology Employee Review

Depressing company to work for. They haven’t figured out how to make employees feel valued. During town halls when they answer questions on benefits, president says they are competitive with other large gov’t contractors and that is just not true. I went to a competitor, getting a $20k raise for the same job, medical premiums are $250/mo less for the same coverage, more paid holidays, better maternity leave, a 9/80 work schedule. I feel so valued and so glad I looked elsewhere. Most people are mean, and it’s probably because they hate their jobs too.
