      - Treated with respect during interview process and onboarding - Smart leaders on immediate team and larger E-Suite - Talented co-workers

      Cons

      - If working adjacent to military/DoD, be prepared for office politics out of your control. However, having great team members makes it more bearable - Large company, lots of remote workers. Not quite a con for me, but important to note if you're looking for visibility

      Nothing really, maybe only the 401k match

      Cons

      GDIT will micromanage you like crazy if you work in IT. They have terrible benefits too, bad health insurance and bad pto policy. Worst place I have worked. They will do their most to over work you.
