      Great to gain experience after college. Work-life balance and flexibility. Resources are given to learn all the duties in the role.

      Cons

      Pay is not that great. There is a high turnover rate, as half the team leaves to find better-paying jobs. There is no room for advancement.

      Nothing really, maybe only the 401k match

      Cons

      GDIT will micromanage you like crazy if you work in IT. They have terrible benefits too, bad health insurance and bad pto policy. Worst place I have worked. They will do their most to over work you.
