      Pros

      There are many talented people who work there. Their technology is interesting.

      Cons

      For years this was a great place to work. However, it has now become toxic. There is no work-life balance. The time-off hours are in name only. They will give you such a massive volume of work that you will not be able to use your time off and it will expire. You will become exhausted and you will have no personal life because you will be working 70-80 hours a week.

      If you actually put the work in, you are highly likely to get a raise above 2% every year.

      Cons

      Constantly shifting schedule. Downtime means you are sitting at your desk doing nothing or studying then doing nothing.
