Cons
You have to use your PTO if government site shuts down building for holidays GDIT does not recognize. Limited advancement opportunities unless you already have strong internal connections. Training and certifications are encouraged on paper, but often unsupported in practice. Severe lack of recognition for hard working employees. Lack of training, guidance, mentorship.
