      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn especially in the field of engineering. Great flexibility with hours, holidays and vacation.

      Cons

      Pay was not the greatest (I worked at the Canadian division). A bit of workplace politics (alot of people are scared of their job security) and nepotism was present.
