      Move times are set, but flexible when it comes to day to day assembly, based on certain problems that may arise amd can be taken care of in a timely manner to insure deadlines are met

      Cons

      Not all workloads are spread out equally and there is no compensation for harder or more demanding assembly stations, making motivation an issue
