Pros
Local to Detroit if you live in the area Long term employment opportunity if you dont mind doing the same thing on outdated technologies, or perhaps you're lucky to work with the new tech, but not everybody is so lucky
Cons
Lots of leadership turnover/churn, not sure if anybody had a real plan; Too much "this is how we have always done things", when the contract dictated how something should be done: there is simply too much of the old culture hanging around and causes decision making to either make the wrong decision or simply never have a decision made and continue discussions week in, and week out, no progress.
