Pros
Great people, large facility, cafeteria, flexible hours and schedules (every other friday off), interesting work and most people care about doing a good job.
Cons
Overloaded with junior engineers and Managers that struggle with making decisions and mandate changes that are needed throughout the organisation. Good managers that support their people are few and far between, and not approachable nor supportive down the ladder (only concerned with keeping executives happy). Most experienced loyal people have left the company. The schedule for taking every other friday off is quietly frowned upon by many Managers.
