Pros
General Dynamics is a huge company and as such provides a lot of career opportunities and the ability to change careers while remaining employed.
Cons
Overly concerned about charging time to overhead. Wanting to cut overhead costs is understandable, but simply shifting those costs to other areas is not. It is more efficient for work to be benificial to multiple projects rather than be reinvented for each one individually. But this by definition is overhead.
