Pros
Interesting products to keep you busy and always challenged. Management encourages continuous improvement projects and training. Very friendly and helpful staff made project work more fun.
Cons
Face time with managers with respect to career development, was limited due to high workload. Workloads for operations staff was somewhat uncontrolled and very high, which sometimes led to less satisfaction of completed work.
