Pros
The people and the work were great. In all honesty my manager at GDAIS was one of the best I have ever experienced. He was always straight with me and really did look out for team. The work was interesting and the business unit I was a part of was definitely aggressive and progressive.
Cons
Unfortunately the things I liked about the company did not seem to exist outside of my particular office. The company was slow to respond and executive turnover seemed high, but those are to be expected in a company the size of GD. Part of the problem is that the business unit I was in was run under a matrix style organizational model so communicating and understanding who was responsible for what could get confusing.
