Pros
Different programs to work on that allow you to get a wide range of experience within the same company. Good pay and leadership potential. A realization from management that much of the culture is gray haired and top heavy. There is a recent push to hire younger engineers. Good work-life balance encouraged from most managers.
Cons
There is much more work than the number of employees to perform the tasks. Many managers are inefficient. Too much bureaucracy, primarily driven by the customer (Govt.).
