      Medical benefits are awful! Raises have been stagnat for several years. Everyone seems to be unhappy and all the good people are looking for new jobs

      Pros

      GD has lots of interesting projects to work on across multiple locations. If you want to make a career at GD, I don't think you would be bored because there is so much to work on. Work has been very stable over decades with no indication that that will change. Work life balance is also valued and generally very good outside of major project milestone deliveries.

      Cons

      Pay is competitive with defense industry but not private sector.
