      A lot of work stability. Hard to get fired from. Always more things to do. Good pay. 9/80 schedule.

      Cons

      Company is slow to change. Lots of dumb upper management decisions. Old tools and annoying hoops and time card tracking. Not many pay raises.

      Pros

      Great Benefits if transferring to full-time status. Extremely established leadership hierarchy. Many experienced engineers willing to help develop a newer engineers' skill set.

      Cons

      If you primarily enjoy being more hands-on environments smaller companies might be a better option. Not necessarily a con but becoming 'shoe-boxed' is much more likely at a larger organization.
