If you are applying for a management position beware. If you like to work in a political environment with a lot of back stabbing, lying and unethical situations going on then this is the place for you. If leadership does not like a decision you made then they will just fire you without a logical reason. You get no support from leadership to do your job. Leadership tells you to be an independent manager but they do not want you to be an ethical proactive thinking individual. Leadership likes people who do no work or does very little work and they do not like people who are overachievers in their jobs. They do not like when problems are pointed out to them and there are many problems and issues in the organization. Leadership lies to your face. They tell you one thing and then say another behind your back. If you enjoy your mental and physical health then do not apply in any capacity of a management position.
