Pros
The company benefits are better than most. The product made is great and serves the military well. The extra activities (Suite at Time Warner Arena, Charlotte Motor Speedway, and community support) is top notch.
Cons
This place is POORLY managed and directed. A lot of the Senior Management came from Burlington, Vt. and have no clue how to operate in the South. Managment in-fighting is a regular occurrence with Directors having verbal confrotations between each other in view of the worker-bees. There is no chance for advancement, the Directors micromanage the employees. One Director has ran off two very capable and competent managers and a company VP interviewed that department about what was wrong and decided that the employees were a bunch of whiners.
