My direct manager was a great mentor. Full autonomy. The companies disorientation pushes you to wear multiple hats and thus drives personal growth(not trying to sound like a backhanded “pro”).

Reactive, not proactive. Seem to be focused on company growth and not maintaining their “foundation”. Company culture is slipping. There are a lot of disagreements between departments.
