      Pros

      It's a great company to work for, and they really care about their engineers. They are incredibly supportive and do a great job mentoring new engineers. There is a group that tries to get together outside of work, and a huge football community.

      Cons

      There's a lot of industries to familiarize yourself with, but it leaves you with a lot to learn. A lot of the shop guys are very nice, but some can be a little inappropriate.

      Pros

      My direct manager was a great mentor. Full autonomy. The companies disorientation pushes you to wear multiple hats and thus drives personal growth(not trying to sound like a backhanded “pro”).

      Cons

      Reactive, not proactive. Seem to be focused on company growth and not maintaining their “foundation”. Company culture is slipping. There are a lot of disagreements between departments.
