Pros
Great people to work with, good career advancement, good vacation policy, fast paced and always doing something new and trying to improve.
Cons
Not a lot of coordination between plants, even plants in the same division. The company values marketing employees way more than technical employees, pays them on a different scale, and brings them in at a much higher level even though they have no real world skills.
