Pros

Minneapolis is a great area to live in.

Cons

Extremely age and experience-oriented. Not a culture that promotes new ideas or creative thinking. Employee engagement and morale definitely come last, often to the detriment of the organization's success. Reward and recognition only go to the higher ranking levels on the project, not to those actually executing. Mid level managers are oppressive and will usually prioritize results over the happiness and cohesion of the team. Not a Millenial friendly company, with the younger generation being saddled with roles that are low visibility and moved frequently without input on their destination. Retention is also a real problem in the younger ranks of the company.
